What I did was creating a manual for a pimped WordPress.org installation and how users can edit their profile, use a profile search and what to look for when entering data on the editor (e.g. avoiding frequent mistakes such as copy & past from MS-Word). As for WordPress.com, pls try this online manual: http://support.wordpress.com/getting-started/ Yes, but not for WordPress.com users.
