Very very interesting! 2 things in particular I found quite interesting… the Redwood tiles, I’m huge on solar energy. And the Herman Miller collection, one of those chairs might be the non-toxic solution for my writers block that ave been searching for :)

What a nice summary of the NUTEC! I guess I will print this article and put it into my diary in order to remember what was happening ;)
I was surprised too, how well you interpreted the WEXLA system and it’s possibilities regarding various forms of ownership models.
