I maybe should have made it clear that the emphasis on the provided link wasn&#039;t on the rural or urban perspective, but about the so-called &quot;Total Sanitation Campaign&quot; approach where communities are directly confronted with the (sanitary) situation. =&gt; take this for solid waste and ask urban ppl if they&#039;ve ever thought about it.</description>

		<description>There are so many profit chains, dirty monies dependent on dandora... I doubt whether its going to disappear unless the president moves his residence to dandora. (the MP who was recently killed (the were guy) was the former councillor of dandora).  Of course &#039;all&#039; garbage doesnt get recycled but a significant portion does.

by the way the initiative you linked was a program to handle rural waste, urban waste needs something more radical, since volume/density/types of waste are significantly different.</description>
