I want to collect a list in order to know who the *outsourcing-carpetbaggers* are, and where they're located (like that "Canadian" outfit that's running out of Western University in Kakamega). They say the cable will be ready by end of 2009. I hope so, but personally I think that's wishful thinking, especially considering the history of the cable installation plans, but let's come back in 2 years and show me wrong. side note: Formatting tags not working?
