what I miss about big companies

Obviously, someone over at Twitter HQ paid attention to the Cluetrain Manifesto (yeah, pls, come on…I like it :-) and came up with this brilliant customer feedback interface. Simple, but quite efficient, I guess.

(…just how do they finance the short message service on twitter?)
