		<description>I wish to humbly submit that anyone who has seen &lt;i&gt;Vaya con Dios&lt;/i&gt; would never think of Germany in terms of &lt;i&gt;lederhosen&lt;/i&gt; again.

Then again, I&#039;m probably part of the 2% who have seen that movie!

Eddy&#039;s philosophy works for almost every second-tier or lower leader of any organization I can think of, including left-/right-wing political groups. People are scared of change, even radicals!</description>
