		<description>Innovation... there is hope if only the politicos stop being pain in the rears...

We should have a 3rd &amp; 4th wireless operator asap coz then the prices fall while new products &amp; services enter the marketplace!

I oppose the current &quot;ban&quot; old handsets! Kenya does not manufacture handsets thus let Kenyans refurbish them... or use them in other ways!

Perhaps, Kenya should import these en masse &amp; provide the refurbishing services &amp;/or recycling!

JKE - I am surprised YOU did not manufacture/modify one of these nifty devices!</description>
