We should have a 3rd & 4th wireless operator asap coz then the prices fall while new products & services enter the marketplace! I oppose the current "ban" old handsets! Kenya does not manufacture handsets thus let Kenyans refurbish them... or use them in other ways! Perhaps, Kenya should import these en masse & provide the refurbishing services &/or recycling! JKE - I am surprised YOU did not manufacture/modify one of these nifty devices! Innovation… there is hope if only the politicos stop being pain in the rears…
