		<description>Is there any water in the bottom container? I cannot tell if there is just air or what.  Perhaps could you hold an arm or hand partially behind the container so I could see if there is distortion (as though sight passing through water.) I want to see if the yellow from the top goes away as it passes to the lower half. Thanks.</description>
